Car Crashes into Bus in Pennsylvania; 2 Killed

A Mercedes rear ended a school bus on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on the night of December 18th. According to sources, the car was travelling well over the speed limit, and crashed into the bus. Both the car driver and the female passenger were killed in the crash. No injuries were reported.

Philadelphia:  Two Injured in Cobbs Creek Trolley Accident

On June 30, at 8 a.mm, the route 34 SEPTA trolley was travelling west on Baltimore Avenue at 55th street when it collided with a van, injuring two people. The van may have run a light before it ran into the trolley. Shuttle buses were run to replace trolley services. The injured were taken to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
