Bus-Lorry Crash in Zambia Kills 17

A bus collided with a lorry near Lusaka, Zambia, on September 12. According to a police spokesperson, the accident happened after the lorry came in front of the bus. At least 17 people were killed in the accident. The accident is being investigated.

A bus swerved off and turned over in Kafue, Zambia, on July 19. The accident happened when the King Lion bus was heading to Harare. It is believed that the bus veered off after one of its tires burst. Twelve people were killed at the scene while 53 others were injured. The injured were taken to Kafue Hospital and UTC Hospital.
