BENTON COUNTY-AUGUST 5 2010-Matthew Musser's tractor collided with a train by the Earl Park grain elevator, on County Road 550 North Benton County around 3:30 Thursday afternoon. Musser failed to yield to the train. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The County Road crossing has no cross arms.
